Affiliate FAQ

Create a free MonstarX account, submit your application and accept the Affiliate Agreement. An admin reviews your application. Once approved, your dashboard provides a unique referral link and promo code.

An approved link sets a first-party cookie for 30 days. A new affiliate link replaces the previous one. A promo code applied before signup overrides the link. Attribution is fixed when a new account signs up; existing users do not qualify.

A referred user’s first project on Free credits your estimated earnings immediately. Their first successful paid subscription invoice earns one additional reward for Plus, Pro or Ultra. Trials, renewals and later upgrades do not earn extra rewards. Current USD rates are shown in the dashboard.

Request payment in your dashboard and provide your bank or PayPal details. Eligible earnings are scheduled for the 7th of the following month in UTC. A late request moves to the next run. Admins review each request and record the transfer reference. The dashboard is not a cash withdrawal service.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bots and misleading promotions do not qualify. Related accounts may be held for review. Refunds, credits and disputes reverse the paid reward; amounts already paid are deducted from future earnings. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.

Yes. Current rates are published on this page and in your dashboard. Changes apply to future qualifying events. Rewards already recorded keep their original rate. A promo code attributes a referral; it does not automatically give a discount.
