MonstarX Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is between you and Monstar Lab Pte Ltd, 9 Straits View, Marina One West Tower, #05-07, Singapore 018937. By submitting an affiliate application, you accept this agreement and the MonstarX Terms of Service. Approval is required before participation.
1. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18, have authority to enter this agreement, provide accurate application and payment information, and maintain a MonstarX account in good standing. We may approve, reject or suspend an application or participation. Approval does not create employment, agency, exclusivity or a partnership.
2. Attribution
Your approved link records a first-party referral cookie for 30 days. The last valid affiliate link visited replaces the previous referral. An affiliate promo code applied before signup overrides that link. A referral is fixed when a new account signs up, with a technical completion window of up to 24 hours after account creation. Existing accounts are ineligible. A code attributes the referral; it does not promise a discount. Cookies may be blocked or deleted, and cross-device attribution is not guaranteed. We do not promise attribution where there is no valid tracking record.
3. Qualifying rewards
A new referred user who creates their first project while on Free earns one project reward, credited immediately to estimated earnings. Their first successful, positive paid subscription invoice earns one additional conversion reward for the qualifying plan on that invoice. Launch rates are USD 5 for the first Free project, USD 15 for Plus, USD 50 for Pro, and USD 100 for Ultra. Current rates appear on the affiliate page and dashboard. Free trials, zero-value invoices, renewals, later upgrades, additional projects, domain purchases, Boosts and taxes do not create additional rewards. Rewards are estimates until validated and are subject to this agreement.
4. Rate changes
We may change rates for future qualifying events by publishing the new rates in the program and dashboard. Each reward records the rate effective when its qualifying event occurred. A subsequent rate change does not reduce a reward already recorded. The rate at signup does not lock the rate for a later conversion.
5. Payment requests and timing
Request payment through your affiliate dashboard and supply bank or PayPal instructions for an account you control. There is no minimum payout beyond a positive available balance. Eligible earnings are scheduled for the 7th of the month following the earning month, in UTC. Requests received after a payment run move to the next run. Each request reserves the earliest available payment cycle; newer earnings remain available for a separate request so they do not delay older earnings. Payment requires admin approval and accurate details; fraud, verification, tax, legal or transfer issues may delay processing. Bank holidays and payment-provider processing can delay receipt. We record the transfer reference in your payment history. A dashboard credit is not an immediate cash transfer.
6. Refunds, disputes and adjustments
A refund (including a partial refund), credit note or payment dispute reverses the related paid-conversion reward in full. Fraud or an ineligible referral can also reverse the project reward. If already paid, the reversal becomes a deduction from future earnings; otherwise it reduces unpaid earnings. An affected pending request may be cancelled so that its corrected balance can be requested again. Review holds are not final findings of fraud. Contact support with evidence if you dispute an adjustment.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not refer yourself, create or control duplicate customer accounts, use disposable identities, generate bot clicks or artificial projects, use cookie stuffing or hidden redirects, impersonate MonstarX, make misleading claims, send unsolicited spam, misuse personal information or engage in illegal promotion. Do not buy ads on MonstarX trademarks or impersonating domains without written approval. Genuine users sharing a network may be reviewed, but a shared network alone does not establish fraud. We may withhold or reverse ineligible rewards, suspend links and investigate suspected abuse.
8. Disclosures and marketing
Clearly disclose your financial relationship to MonstarX near your endorsement or link. Follow applicable advertising, email, consumer-protection and privacy rules. Use approved product information, keep claims accurate, and do not promise earnings, features or discounts that we have not offered. You receive a limited, revocable permission to identify MonstarX when promoting the program; our brand and intellectual property remain ours.
9. Privacy and records
Referral tracking stores a random browser identifier, link or code, timestamps, referring hostname, country when available and a keyed network fingerprint; raw IP addresses are not kept in affiliate records. Signup, project, billing and review records connect referrals to customer accounts for accounting and fraud investigation. Affiliates see aggregate metrics and pseudonymous referral references, not customers’ emails or project content. Authorised admins can inspect referred accounts. Payment instructions are encrypted and access is restricted and audited. Records are retained while needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, obtain it before placing or facilitating referral tracking.
10. Taxes, fees and verification
Rewards are denominated in USD. You are responsible for your taxes, local reporting obligations and any receiving-bank or currency-conversion fees. We may request identity, beneficial-owner or tax documentation reasonably needed to process payments, and may withhold amounts where law requires. Never provide bank passwords, card security codes or login credentials.
11. Ending participation and agreement updates
You may stop promoting and contact support@monstarx.com to close your affiliate participation. We may suspend or end participation for breach, fraud, legal requirements or discontinuation of the program. Valid unpaid rewards remain subject to review and the payment process; ineligible rewards are not payable. Material agreement changes will be published with an updated version. Disputes and obligations intended to survive termination continue.
12. General terms and contact
This agreement supplements the MonstarX Terms of Service; for affiliate reward and attribution rules this agreement controls. Mandatory legal rights are preserved. Singapore law and the dispute provisions of the Terms of Service apply. Neither approval nor dashboard estimates guarantee income.
